PHFD is regularly organizing free healing camps in Delhi and Delhi NCR to create awareness about Pranic Healing and help the needy.
Preventive Healing through Diagnostic Healing Camps
>In the Year 2019 PHFD for the first time, undertook a special project namely, ‘Early Detection and Cancer Awareness Camp’, two of which, were held under the aegis of PHFD and benefited nearly 200 persons. These offered all screening services including medical examinations, health checkups and were fully supported by PHFD.
PHFD Early Detection and Cancer Awareness Camp 1
>The Camp in Gurugram, Phase III at Vidhya School premises was held on Friday, July 13, 2019, in partnership with the Cancer Patient Aid Association (CPAA) and Vidhya School.
>The cancer screening camp aimed to spread, diagnose and offer counseling for the treatment, of Breast, Cervical and Oral Cancer to the natives of Nathu Village located next to the school, and also benefitted the senior girl students of the school. The team of eleven professionals including Doctors, Para-medics and staff was present on site with the needed equipment to conduct Blood Examination, Pap smear Test and ENT Examination.
>The camp catered to 75 persons, which included 23 women and 52 girls.
Early Detection and Cancer Awareness Camp 2
>PHFD jointly with the Indian Cancer Society organised the second Early Detection and Cancer Awareness Camp for the residents of Ramesh Nagar in New Delhi, at the Gurudwara Singh Sahib on Saturday, July 13, 2019. This camp was directed towards spreading awareness, screening, diagnosing and offering treatment of Prostate Cancer, Breast Cancer, Cervical Cancer, Oral Cancer and entire Health Checkup for men and women. These services were entirely sponsored by Pranic Healing Foundation.
>The camp attracted a gathering of over 120 persons and could carry out screening of 117 persons in time, out of which 59 were females and 58 males.
>A team of fifteen with specialist Doctors, Para-medics and staff was available. A Mobile Cancer Screening Van equipped with X-Ray facility and Mammography equipment was parked in front of the building for the benefit of the residents.
